Full Description:
Ledyard Public Health Nursing Service is offering a Well Child Clinic for birth through high school age children living in Ledyard and Gales Ferry on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 from 1:30 - 4:00 p.m. at the Ledyard Middle School nurse's room. Immunizations, preschool, school, sports and camp physicals will be given. No Fee. Appointments are required. Please call 464-8464 for an appointment.
