LEDYARD WOMEN’S CLUB 2007 ANNUAL CRAFT FAIR APPLICATION Ledyard Women’s Club will hold its 37th Annual Craft Fair on Saturday,October 20, 2007 from 9:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. at Ledyard Middle School, Route 12, Gales Ferry, CT. Eligibility: Only handcrafted items can be displayed and sold. No home party vendors. No imports. This is a juried show. Each exhibitor is responsible for sales tax and must provide a Tax ID Number per CT law. Entry Fee: Spaces are 60 square feet (6ft deep x 10ft long) at the cost of $50 for one space, $75 for two spaces. Reservations are non-refundable after September 1, 2007; there is NO COMMISSION. EACH VENDOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THEIR OWN TABLE THAT WILL FIT IN THE SPACE. Chairs are available upon request. SEND BOTTOM PORTION WITH CHECK AND PHOTO (photo needed for new vendors only) RETAIN TOP PORTION FOR YOUR RECORDS.
