Learn about ongoing efforts to control the invasive plant, Phragmites, now threatening this special place. Sat., June 2, 10 a.m. to approx 1 p.m. Bring a canoe or kayak, personal flotation device, lunch/beverage. Meet at end of Royal Oak Dr. (off Arrowhead Dr.), Ledyard.
